Everything was very clean and easy. They had a bar in the lobby with very friendly bartenders. Also, the front desk people - I think we dealt with Rhonda - were so nice! They gave us a late checkout when we needed because our flight wasn't until the evening, and they held our bags for us as well. Also - the location is great. It felt safe and there's lots of restaurants nearby.

Jed at the front desk was extremely helpful The chef was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we liked the food (it was fabulous). The bartender (Marlena?) was the best I have had in years. I overheard another guest at the bar tell her he booked this hotel because his colleague from work told him the bartender was excellent. This seems to be the best run hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

room was nice, staff helpful. Parking not so much. Hard to find a place to park, then got a pass from the front desk to park "anywhere we could find". Free coffee was nice but few natural ingredients. No milk or cream just artificial creamers, not my first choice.

Great location to national Jewish hospital. Lots of restaurant options close by. The rooms are very spacious .

The location was nice (near restaurants, bus stops, and a park). The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. I loved how they used bulk products in the bathroom which really helps the environment. The rooms were also spacious and clean.

Nice bar/lounge. Helena was tererific! My disability room was nicely arranged, particulary the bathroom to assist my disability.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great location restaurants close by that were very good. Cherry Creek is very convenient. We went to the National Jewish hospital for a Dr appointment it's very close.
